1. Choose a Jersey Design and click on it.

2. On the following page, click CUSTOMIZE.

3. This page is where you will choose your colors and add your team logo.
**Player Names and Numbers are not necessary.**

4. Once your design is where you would like it, please click the paper airplane button at the middle left and save your design.

5. Then click share and use this URL in the Roster Order Form.

When you need to pull up a saved design be sure that you are inside the design that you saved it. IE Slasher and Urban will only have their respective designs saved in them.

**Any Custom color matching will be $400 per color. PMS color number or a physical sample will be required.**
